Pre-Construction Phase:

This is where the dream begins. We will be beside you to assist in the following process:

  • Project vision and preliminary budget discussions
  • Land acquisition
  • Architectural Engagement and Drawings
  • Working Drawings and Design
  • Final Budget Review and Contracts

Build Phase:

Once contracts are signed, the home building commences. Clients will be given a detailed list of preferred vendors and sales contacts to assist them in making decisions on:

  • Flooring
  • Cabinets and Countertops
  • Plumbing Fixtures
  • Light Fixtures
  • Windows and Doors
  • Interior Doors, door hardware and Trim Options
  • Exterior Selections – Brick, Stone, Siding
  • Fireplace
  • Closet Shelving

To guide the client in these selections, we have an Interior Design Consultant. With the amount of products and ideas on the market today, it is essential to have someone trained in understanding how all of these decisions come together.

Our Interior Design Consultant will:

  • Be your liason in setting up meetings with suppliers/vendors
  • Attend meetings with you and be a source of information
  • Help your vision become reality
  • Organize your selections on Bouma’s BuilderTrend App to ensure the client, supplier, and build team are all on the same page

After Build Phase:

At Bouma, we pride ourselves on our after sales service. Every new home we build is covered under the Tarion New Home Warranty Program.
